The junior high softball team wore pink jerseys Monday, September 18th, against Chisholm in support of Sarah Matousek in her battle against breast cancer. Sarah threw out the honorary first pitch and received a personalized softball to commemorate the moment. Proceeding the pitch, the Lady Eagles took the field against a tough Lady Longhorn squad. The Longhorns hit it well and took a quick lead over the eagles; they were lights out on the mound in rout to a 12-0 victory over the Lady Eagles.
