OU TREE CONFERENCE

Hennessey Students had a busy day last Friday.  In addition to career day, 17 junior and senior students attend the OU TREE conference.  

“This conference was created to inform Latino High School Students of the numerous resources available to them as they begin their pursuit of higher education. Students spend the day at the University of Oklahoma’s campus where they attend informative seminars, a college fair, and end the day with a scholarship banquet.”

Attendees included, Araceli Lopez, Antonio Robles, Lesli Olivas, Clara Luevanos, Lesly Perez, Gabriela Hernandez, Ezequiel Mendoza, 

Yoali Castanon, Lucero Robles, Valarie Holgui, Jamie Torres, Jimena Mier, 

Yuridia Rios, Nayely Valles, Julisa Fraire, Leslie Carrillo, and Ronny Robles. Rosa Velazquez went as the HHS chaperone.
