What a fun and memorable day for Hennessey students.
The Lyric Theatre of Oklahoma brought their Will Rogers Musical Interactive to town, performing for Elementary and ECC students at the school auditorium on April 30. This lively production mixed music, storytelling, and plenty of audience participation, with several students even getting the chance to join the performers on stage.
The show shared the story of Oklahoma’s own Will Rogers, highlighting his journey from small-town roots to national fame as a cowboy, entertainer, and voice of humor and common sense. Between the colorful costumes, engaging cast, and interactive Q&A, students were not just watching, they were part of the experience.
