Newly appointed Dakota Semrad did his official oath of office Wednesday, February 21st, in front of a notary to meet the requirement of having been appointed as a School Board member with 60 days of vacancy. The next regular scheduled board meeting is after the 60-day requirement. Dakota is filling the Board of Education seat of David Tillman who resigned last month. Dakota will do another oath of office at the March 11 board meeting for ceremonial purposes.
