The Hennessey Eagles played in the Yale Tournament these last few days looking to get their second tournament win this year. After dominating the first game. They won once again by 17 points to send them to the championship game against a familiar Frontier opponent, ranked #4 in class B. Frontier jumped out to a big-time lead, but the Eagles clawed their way back. Just in time though, for another run for Frontier as things looked bleak for the 5th-ranked Eagles. They finally grabbed the lead in the 4th quarter after slowly gaining ground in the 3rd, they never let up, taking down Frontier once again in a close game 50-46 and winning the Yale Tournament!Â
HENNESSEY GIRLS FINAL
