In honor of Hispanic Heritage Month, we are featuring a few of our local Hispanic business owners in Hennessey who are partners with All About Hennessey!
This week, the spotlight is on Sadye Cabral, owner of RedLevé Dance Studio. After growing up in Oklahoma City, she married Ivan Cabral from Hennessey, which led her to Hennessey where she opened her studio. She has been a part of the community for over 7 years now.
From a young age, her passion for dance was undeniable. Throughout her years growing up and in high school, she was a part of the Varsity Dance Team. Sadye made sure to continue learning and honing her skills by attending various dance schools. She is recognized by the National Dance Association and has extensive experience in competing and performing.
Sadye always knew she wanted to become a dance teacher, and in 2021, that dream came true when RedLevé Dance Studio opened. The Cabral family constructed a new facility located at 17172 E 640(Conoco) Rd. The studio was built from scratch with a modern and personal touch.
Since opening in 2021, they have had several dance recitals, including holiday themed specials. In 2023, the RedLevé Competitive Dance team was formed. Sadye says, “Dance is a highly competitive sport that involves a lot of physical strength and stamina” and added, “The goal is to give these dancers exposure and open doors to scholarships and more.” You can stay up to date with their season on Facebook @ RedLeve Dance Studio.
