David Treanor was appointed as the interim Town Administrator at a special Hennessey Trustees meeting Thursday, February 16th. This will fill the vacancy from the long-time Town Administrator Tiffany Tillman who submitted her resignation last week. Treanor is currently the Hennessey Parks and Cemetery Superintendent and has worked for the town since 2012.
The board meeting room was packed as the Trustees discussed various options to fill the position. John Wynne, the town’s attorney was present to advise the trustees on their decision. The trustees decided to ask the Oklahoma Municipal League (OML) and the Oklahoma Municipal Management Services (OMMS) for assistance with a full-time replacement.
