It’s Starting to Look A Lot Like Christmas

A lot is going on this Christmas season in Hennessey, and the Town is doing its part. The town crew Jamie Keel, Alyssa Kubat, Jordon Mondoux, Kyle Watkins, and Troy Watkins started putting up garlands and lights to brighten Main Street and the park this week.

Businesses will be decorating for the Mingle on Main event happening this Sunday, December 4th. Stores will be all decked out in Christmas cheer and open from 1:00 – 5:00 pm. Customers can vote on their favorite decorated store by leaving canned goods in their boxes. The store with the most canned goods wins the contest. All collected canned goods will be donated to 132 Church for their food baskets.

On December 10th, the Hennessey Lion’s Club Mistletoe Magic will begin at 3:00 pm. See the event information on page six.
