Last Wednesday afternoon (July 6th), Peggy Stears was working at 4Tโs Family Market when someone came in the store and told her that her car was on fire. When Hennessey Firefighters arrived, the car was fully engulfed in flames. They quickly extinguished the fire, but the car was a total loss. Peggy said, โIt has been running funny but didnโt expect this.โ Hennessey Police Reserve Officer Brandon McCay was on the scene and moved onlookers back away from the fire, then assisted the Firefighters.ย
