The new Hennessey Family Dollar/Dollar Tree store is busy with workers scrambling to set up, stock, and get the new store ready. The store will have a soft opening next Thursday, June 2nd, at 8 am. The regular store hours will be 8 am to 10 pm 7 days a week. The grand opening and ribbon cutting will be Saturday, June 18th at 10 am and will have face painting, a DJ, and other activities. The new store is located east of the intersection of Hwy 51 & 81 on Jack Choate Ave, on the north side across from Pizza Hut.
