Teachers, parents, students, and volunteers gathered Saturday morning to assemble all of the modules for the new outdoor learning center behind the Early Childhood Center.ย ย Principal Stacy Mack said, โWe planned on a 3-day build but we had enough help we got it done in one day.โย ย The new outdoor learning center was made possible by several grants and fundraisers:ย ย (Continental Oil & Gas) Funding The Future – $2500, Kids Gardening – $500, Whole Kids – $3000, Hennessey Education Foundation Grants – $8,890, T-shirt Fundraiser – $1443.35, Pre-game meal – $1738.61, Heritage Night Donations for Outdoor Classroom – $546.77, Continental Oil & Gas & OERB gave ECC $2,000 and Teresa Hugaboom $5,000 for being chosen a top 10 teacher.ย ย Misc. Donation – $100
