THIS WEEK ALL ABOUT HENNESSEY RECOGNIZES TERRI SCRUGGS – RAYCO PARAFFIN/WIRELINE SERVICE as our Woman in Business. Terri moved to Oklahoma from Washington State when she was 2 years old. She started kindergarten at the age of 5 just after the family moved to Hennessey. This is when she met her future husband, Arlan Scruggs. After graduating from Hennessey High School, Terri and Arlan married and started a family. Arlan’s parents, Arlis and Imogene Scruggs, started Rayco in 1969 and the company celebrated their 50th anniversary this year. Now, Terri is the office manager. Arlan and their son Tyler, run the service side of the company.
