If you’ve visited F&M Bank in Kingfisher over the past couple of years, there’s a good chance you’ve been greeted by Kamree McNulty.
As a full-time teller, she spends her days helping customers with everything from everyday transactions to opening new accounts. While banking may look simple from the other side of the counter, Kamree knows every interaction is an opportunity to make someone’s day a little easier.
Born and raised in Dover, Kamree also spent several years attending school in Hennessey before graduating from Dover High School in 2022. Growing up in two close-knit communities taught her the value of treating people with kindness and respect, something she carries with her to work every day. She also has an identical twin sister, making her one half of a duo that’s probably caused a few double takes over the years.
What she enjoys most about banking isn’t just balancing transactions or following procedures. It’s getting to know the people who walk through the doors.
“I hope every customer leaves feeling valued, respected, and confident that their needs were taken care of,” she shared. “Whether they came in for a simple transaction or something more complicated, I want them to know they were listened to and treated with kindness.”
That mindset has made banking a career she enjoys. She says it has taught her responsibility while giving her the chance to build relationships with customers and continue learning new skills.
When she’s away from work, life is pretty simple. If the weather is nice, you’ll likely find her on a golf course or spending time at the lake. After work, she’s perfectly happy changing into comfy clothes, making dinner and taking a drive around town.
Like many young adults just getting started, Kamree has a few goals she’s working toward. At the top of her bucket list are becoming financially stable, buying her first home, and one day taking a trip to Hawaii.
For now, she’s content serving the community one customer at a time, offering a friendly smile, careful attention, and the kind of service that reminds people why hometown banks still matter.
