The members of the newly formed Hennessey 522 Ambulance District Board were originally announced Monday, July 6, during the regular Kingfisher County Commissioners meeting.
District 2 County Commissioner Mike Sparks announced the initial five-member board, which included Dr. David Matousek, Levi Copeland, Shelley Muzny, Ray Shimanek, and Angel Molina.
During the meeting, it was determined that Molina resides outside the Hennessey School District, making him ineligible to serve on the board.
At this week’s meeting on July 13, Sparks appointed Pearla Blanco to replace Molina on the board.
