Don’t panic! The giant eagle on the football field sign didn’t mysteriously disappear like the Sinclair Green Dinosaur… (If you know, you know!).
It is just temporarily nesting over at Royal Signs getting a little TLC and some brand-new lights.
According to Terrell Prince, owner of Royal Signs, it looks like the eagle took a bit of a power surge, which messed with the electronics for the LED lights.
But don’t worry, our favorite bird will be back in its rightful place soon, looking as good as new! Photos by AAH Jack Quirk
