I may be old, but I remember show-and-tell meaning a hamster, a goldfish, or if you were really fancy, a pet rock with googly eyes.
Apparently… we’ve leveled up.
Thursday, March 26th, Samantha and Ryann Dowell rolled into school with DeShawn the pig, and just like that, every other kid’s show-and-tell item officially became “nice try.”
Reports are still coming in, but sources say DeShawn had better attendance, more followers, and possibly higher approval ratings than most of the student body. There’s even talk he’s being considered for class president… mainly because he already knows how to hog the spotlight.
Teachers say it was educational. Students say it was the best day ever. DeShawn says… snacks, please.Safe to say, next week’s show-and-tell is going to be a tough act to follow.
