For more than 25 years, my work has been rooted in accounting and office support. It was never just about “numbers” for me; it is about finding solutions to problems, organizations, and confidently completing tasks that allow for peace of mind.
After spending 15 years with the same company, downsizing brought that chapter of my life to a close and when that door closed, I had a choice to make. I could walk away from the work I knew so well, or I could take everything I’d learned and use it in a new way. That’s how Office Offload was born.
I’m Heather Lott, and I’ve lived in Hennessey my entire life. My husband, James Glenn, and I have been married for over 30 years, and we’re proud to call this community home.We have one son, Tyler, who works in Enid for ONEOK, and his wife, Hannah, a night nurse at Bass Baptist Health Center. These days, some of our favorite moments are spent with our six-year-old grandchild, Emry.
I started Office Offload with one simple goal: to help business owners breathe a little easier. I know how overwhelming paperwork can feel when you’re trying to run a business, take care of customers, manage employees, and still have a life outside of work. Most people didn’t start their business because they love bookkeeping, and that’s okay. That’s where I come in.
Through Office Offload, I help with day-to-day bookkeeping like accounts payable and receivable, bank and credit card reconciliations, payroll support, job costing, and month-end close. I also prepare monthly reports such as Profit and Loss statements, Balance Sheets, cash flow summaries, and job costing reports, tools that help business owners truly understand how their business is doing, not just guess.
I also assist with sales tax organization and reporting, helping track what’s taxable, preparing reports, and keeping records in order for audits or year-end tax time. For those who feel buried under paperwork, there’s no task too big or too small. I enjoy listening, asking questions, and finding ways to make things simpler and more manageable.
Beyond bookkeeping, I provide general office support, setting up or cleaning up QuickBooks files, organizing digital records, managing vendor and customer information, tracking insurance certificates, following up on accounts receivable, and preparing reports for lenders or CPAs. Sometimes it’s about fixing a mess. Other times, it’s about preventing one.
I offer both hourly services and monthly packages, giving business owners flexibility and dependable support without the expense of hiring a full-time office employee.
Business owners wear a lot of hats. My role is to take the office work off your plate so you can focus on what you do best and feel confident knowing the rest is handled.
