If you’ve ever scrolled through social media and found yourself craving a snack you’ve never heard of or thought about trying, Snackk Fiesta is the place to go. Opened in October 2024 and locally owned by Nora and the Olivas Family, Snackk Fiesta is Hennessey’s newest destination for unique, exotic, and undeniably fun snacks.
From sweet-and-sour treats to hot foods, mini pancakes, and trendy croffles, Snackk Fiesta is all about turning snack time into a party. “Snackk Fiesta means a snack party,” Nora Olivas says. “Sometimes we don’t even know how to explain some of the snacks in English, like ‘una papa loca,’ which literally means ‘a crazy potato.’ But once people see it, they get it.”
Their menu also features gourmet Redbulls, specialty shakes, and creative seasonal items like Chocolate Pistachio Strawberries. Staying on trend is part of the mission. Nora wanted to bring the exciting, social-media-worthy snacks found in bigger cities to their hometown of Hennessey. “We just felt like the town needed something different for those after-dinner or late-night cravings,” Nora says.
Snackk Fiesta is open Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., and weekends from 12 p.m. to 9 p.m. They’re closed on Tuesdays, everyone needs a day to recharge before the next snack party.
