Laura Dobbins may not be a native of Hennessey, but she quickly fell in love with the community, thanks to the amazing school system, and the warm welcomes she received as an “outta towner.” Laura and her son, Jasper, have made Hennessey their home for several years now. Jasper is an active 5th grader at Hennessey Middle School, where he enjoys playing many sports and plays the saxophone in the band.
Originally from Carthage, Missouri, a town near Joplin, Laura moved to Enid when Jasper was a newborn. However, she found her true home in Hennessey when she discovered the perfect home while searching for a new place. Prior to relocating to Oklahoma, Laura taught 8th-grade Reading in Joplin. When Jasper became an active toddler, she decided to try her hand in the real estate field, which has been a perfect fit for nearly 10 years. The flexible schedule of this career is perfect for Laura, as a single mother. Kicking off her real estate journey with Paramount Homes in Enid, Laura joined the Re/Max family in 2021. She believes that her clients are more than property sales; they are individuals with unique stories, and she takes the time to get to know each one personally.

This reflects her success, as she set a personal record for homes sold last year. She is also equipped to assist with property management.
