On November 7th. The Oklahoma Society For Technology in Education presented this award in Tulsa. Todd Cameron graduated from Hennessey High School in 1981. After graduation, he attended Central State University, earning a Bachelors in Business Management and Finance in 1985. Following his studies, Todd owned a restaurant and managed several of his father’s convenience stores before returning to his alma mater in August 1984 to teach. Over his impressive 30-year teaching career, Todd has taught various subjects, including Accounting, Computer classes, US History and 7th-grade Geography. He served as a Yearbook advisor for 11 years before taking on the role of Technology Director in July 2017. In addition to his teaching responsibilities, Todd has coached JH Baseball, boys basketball, football, and golf, currently in his 3rd year as head volleyball coach. Todd’s commitment extends beyond the classroom. He has fostered a love for learning and technology among students and staff alike. He has created an environment where innovation thrives, ensuring that technology enhances the educational experience. Outside of his professional achievements, Todd cherishes time with his family. He married his high school sweetheart, Sheila in 1982. They have two children- Mark (31) and Michelle (28). He also enjoys boating at Canton Lake and making memories with loved ones.
