Hennessey United, Farm Bureau, and The Hennessey Mercantile hosted a delightful event honoring a group of very special ladies in their 90s. Today, May 4th, these wonderful women and their guests enjoyed an afternoon filled with music by Buck Goucher, delicious treats including cookies from Sweet & Sassy, along with scrumptious turkey and ham wraps with fruit cups and chips from Sparky’s Eatery.
Guests were treated to relaxing manicures by Jimena Mier, Lucero Luevanos, Nayeli Valles, Alondra Portillo, and Paige McNeely, while engaging in conversation. To show appreciation for these remarkable women, each lady received a lovely flower from Annie’s Flowerhouse and gift bag filled with items such as a word search book and pens, a patriotic door banner, a floral solar stake, beauty cream from Okeene, raw honey from WR Honeyfarm, Post-it notes, Chapstick, and a muffin.
The event was a beautiful tribute to the wisdom and beauty of these extraordinary women, making it a truly memorable Nineties Ladies Social.
