In honor of Hispanic Heritage Month, we’re featuring Gaviota’s Mexican Grill & Taco Truck. It is a family-operated business run by Gaby and family. It all started with Hennessey’s very own famous Taco Truck 10 years ago. This taco truck has been the hometown go to for a Mexican breakfast burrito in the morning, a quesadilla at lunch or authentic street tacos for dinner. Gaby’s hard work and determination has allowed her to grow immensely. In April of 2023 Gaviota’s expanded into a full Mexican restaurant, Gaviota’s Mexican Grill, with a full new menu and street food items. The taco truck is still operating, and you can order to go from both or stop by the restaurant to dine in. Gaviota’s is proud to offer the experience of Mexican street food on the go and specialty food plates when you dine in. We are proud to partner with them and showcase their hard work and dedication.
