CIMARRON ELECTRIC PACKS THE HOUSE 

Cimarron Electric held its 87th annual meeting last Thursday night, September 14th. More than 600 cooperative members attended, locally to surrounding areas. Together they enjoyed a BBQ brisket meal served by the Dover FFA students while listening to live music by Dean Jackson Band from Woodward. 

Highlights from the meeting were that 3 out of the 9 board members of directors term of 3 years had been served but all were appointed to continue another term. Aaron Roark, the CEO of Cimarron Electric, proudly stated that the company has been without any injury accidents for a total of 1,316 days. He also mentioned that Cimarron Electric has continued to stay affordable with no rate increases since 2014 and members have had 99.98% reliable power. 

Many door prizes were drawn at the end of the meeting, including cash prizes, $87 bill credit, TVs, YETI cooler, and assorted power tools. The grand prize being $1000 cash!
