On Monday September, 18th the Hennessey High School band traveled to the Oklahoma State fair to participate in the 71st annual Band Day Parade Competition. This competition is for schools across Oklahoma to showcase their bands, drum line, color guard, and even mascots. The parade was over an hour long with 63 schools competing. Hennessey did not win any awards, but performed remarkably!
