The 12th Annual Hennessey United Red Carpet Night was held Thursday evening, April 20th. This event is held each year to give social and service clubs an opportunity to honor an outstanding member.
Hennessey United honored Perry Cline, Sheila Duell, and James Matousek. Hennessey teachers honored were Dawn Jones, Rachel Franks, Janell Riddle, and Stephanie Guinn. Child Study Club honoree was Charlene Choate. Dale and Billie Melendy were honored by Powder and String and Farmerettes. Valerie Wissman and Tony Blackburn were selected by Ministerial Alliance. Friends of the Hennessey Library chose Ann Taylor and Karen Vogt. And Shelley Burch was honored by Lions Club.
A new award was added this year, the All About Hennessey Ambassador Team Award. It was presented to the Bregenzer family, long time owners of Hennessey Auto. Alyce and Mark Bregenzer accepted the award. Story by Cathy Howard of Hennessey United. Photos by Libby Seiger
