It took about five hours to clear highway 81 Monday, December 19 due to a Chemical transport truck that was overturned on Highway 81 between 690 and 700 road, north of Dover. It partially blocked the northbound side of the highway. Highway patrol stated that it was not leaking and there were no injuries.
