If you are interested in being part of saving the Hennessey Library building, now is the time to act. At a recent town-appointed library committee meeting, it was decided to look into the possibility of creating a Hennessey Historical Society nonprofit that would take control of the library building. There will be a meeting open to anyone interested in the library, the building, and the museum.
The point of this meeting will be to discuss options that would include forming a Historical Society, grant writing, capital fundraising, etc.
This meeting will be held at the Hennessey Public Library Tuesday, November 29th, at 7 pm.
