Backpacks, pencils, hotdogs, and a free swim were all on tap Sunday evening at the annual Back to School Bash by the Hennessey First Christian Church in a joint effort with all of the Hennessey churches and businesses. The church community room was set up with tables full of every school supply a student could need, all free of charge. After that, free hotdogs and snow cones were available for all. Later that evening, there was a free swim for all. This year’s bash handed out over 250 packs of supplies.
