The Hennessey Ag show barn is getting some improvements to its parking area. The barn was built several years ago, but large parking trailers have been challenging. The new parking area is west of the building and will allow trucks and trailers to safely drive from the field on the west to the building. There has been a ditch that has prevented passing through this area. Last week Hennessey’s Grade Works Construction was grading the site for proper drainage and spreading rock over the area for all-weather parking. The show barn is located east of the high school, about ¼ mile east on Oklahoma Street on the north side.
