Fred Staggs, 66 passed away at his home in Oklahoma City Tuesday, November 23, 2021. There will be no services at his request. Fred was born in Enid on October 22, 1955, to Urby L. “Sam” and Esther Streck Staggs. He graduated from Hennessey High School and attended Oklahoma State University. He then earned his law degree from Oklahoma University. He was a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association and practiced criminal law. Fred is survived by one sister Sharon Worden and husband Pete of Hennessey; one niece Dr. Samantha Moery and husband Monty of Bison; three great-nieces Chloe Moery, Izzy Moery, Maddi Moery; one great-nephew Peyton Moery.He was preceded in death by his parents and one nephew Adam Worden.
