The Hinton Comets, now 2-0, defeated the Hennessey Eagles (1-1) 28-6 in Friday night’s home opener at Eagle Stadium. The Comet’s domination on Offense, Defense, Special Teams, and Time of Possession had the Eagles searching for answers all night long. Eagles’ coaches and athletes go back to the drawing board with 2 weeks to prepare for their next Non-District opponent, Crooked Oak Ruf-Nex, Friday, September 17th in OKC, before returning Home to begin District 2A-1 play versus the Perry Maroons on Friday, September 24th. – EAGLEVOICE.
