The Hennessey board of Trustees met in a special meeting last night, (Friday, May 1st) to amend the Townโs Proclamation Declaring State of Emergency. These changes were mostly to help Hennesseyโs guidelines line up with the Stateโs plan. This removed some dates and replaced them with the governorโs phase 1, 2 & 3 plan. This is based upon monitoring the rate of new virus cases every 15 days rather than specific dates. You can read the entire proclamation below.
