Penny was born in Kingsport, Tennessee, and then grew up and graduated from Cyril, Oklahoma. After a move to Hennessey, Penny worked for Western Tank Trucks until 1981. In 1993, Penny started working for Seaboard Farms and retired from there in 2018. For the past few years Penny’s youngest son Kyle Jensen, worked for S&J in Kingfisher. The opportunity arose for Penny and her husband, Montie, to purchase the business. Penny took the accounting portion of the business. They now have a satellite office in Hennessey, the original office remains in Kingfisher, and the company has 7 employees and serves an area of about 50 miles around Hennessey.
