Paul Babiak and Dr. Wilmer Fast, will be the Co-Grand Marshalls in the 2018 Pat Hennessey Celebration Parade Paul Babiak grew up in Tulsa graduating from Tulsa Will Rogers High School. He then worked to get his master’s degree in education and industrial arts at Oklahoma University in 1955. After a stint in the Army, and a career in education, he settled in as the superintendent for Cushing Schools. In 1974, he took the job of superintendent for Hennessey Public schools and was here for 6 years.
