GO TO JAIL, DO NOT PASS GO…
Hennessey Police Department just completed the renovation of their jail and Assistant Chief, Ed Cangiano and Lieutenant, Mike Jones gave us a tour. The jail was originally built in 1963. Police Chief, Hank Weber said “It costs the town about $60 per day to keep someone in the Kingfisher County jail. We can do it here for about $10. Making it a significant savings, not to mention the travel time.” The remodeled jail area includes 3 cells with beds and bathrooms, shower, and booking room. Each cell has been outfitted with new locks and cameras.
