The new Kingfisher County District 2 shop and office building took another step closer to becoming a reality this week with the arrival of the steel for the new facility.
7B Construction, the project’s general contractor, said sealed bids for the concrete work are due Friday, October 9, with the contract expected to be awarded October 19.
Once the concrete work is completed, crews can begin erecting the steel structure. The goal is to have the building up and dried in before Oklahoma’s winter weather arrives.
