On Tuesday, August 18 The Golden Eagles brought a little island fun to their monthly meeting with a festive Hawaiian-themed gathering!
Members enjoyed a meal of pulled pork, Hawaiian rolls, macaroni salad, coleslaw and coconut cake, all surrounded by tropical decorations. Grass skirts and colorful leis for the neck and wrist were also handed out as guests arrived to help everyone get into the spirit.
Shannon Miller and Thresa Helm added the finishing touches to the decorations, with help from Shirley Koons, Teresa Dillon and Pam Joseph, making it a fun and colorful gathering for the Golden Eagles!
