Residents at Hennessey Nursing and Rehab enjoyed an early Independence Day celebration on July 2 as they joined in the Town of Hennessey’s holiday festivities.
The afternoon was filled with classic summertime fun. Residents spent time outdoors enjoying water gun and water balloon games before cooling off with fresh watermelon. The celebration brought plenty of smiles and laughter as everyone enjoyed the festive atmosphere together.
The facility extends a heartfelt thank you to Michelle Vargas of Big Boom Fireworks for donating the fireworks that helped make the celebration special. Appreciation also goes to Chris and Janice Fuksa of Eagle Snow for treating every resident and staff member to a refreshing snow cone.
Hennessey Nursing and Rehab is grateful to the local businesses and community members who continue to make events like these possible. Their generosity helps create meaningful memories and brings extra joy to residents throughout the year.
It was a wonderful day of celebrating Independence Day, community, and spending time together
