Hennessey Basketball Skills Camp
Young Eagles Sharpen Basketball Skills at Summer Camp
Students in grades 1-6 spent two days learning fundamentals, teamwork, and competition.
The Hennessey Basketball Skills Camp was held May 20-21, giving young athletes an opportunity to develop their basketball fundamentals while having fun with teammates and coaches.
Students in first through sixth grades participated in drills and activities focused on dribbling, shooting, passing, teamwork, and overall basketball skills. Campers also enjoyed a variety of games and friendly competitions throughout the two-day event.
The camp was led by coaches Dallas Hunt and Doug Boyd, with assistance from several Hennessey High School boys basketball players who helped instruct and encourage the younger athletes.
