Hennessey Elementary had some special visitors on Friday, September 5, as members of the high school football team stopped by to pump up the students ahead of that night’s big game against Chisholm.
The players brought plenty of smiles, high-fives, and encouragement as they walked the halls, reminding everyone that school spirit starts early. Their visit not only fired up the elementary students but also connected the younger Eagles with the excitement of Friday Night Lights.
And the timing couldn’t have been better—the matchup was moved to a home game, giving fans the chance to pack the stands and cheer on the Eagles.
It was a morning full of energy in the halls, setting the stage for energy on the field.
