Charles McCall, former Speaker of the Oklahoma House of Representatives, visited with the Hennessey OK2A group on Thursday, September 4th, as part of his campaign for governor. A fifth-generation Oklahoman from Atoka, McCall spoke to a local audience about his background, community ties, and years of legislative experience. He emphasized his roots in small-town Oklahoma, his work in the state legislature, and his focus on family and faith as guiding principles in public service.
During his visit, McCall outlined his priorities for Oklahoma’s future, touching on issues such as economic growth, education, and the importance of preserving local values. The event allowed Hennessey residents to hear directly from McCall, ask questions, and learn more about his vision for the state as he seeks the governor’s office. Photo by AAH Jack Quirk
