Tyrel Cline was raised in Hennessey, Oklahoma, by his parents, Perry and Stacy Cline. He has one sister, Charlie Cline. Tyrel graduated from Hennessey High School in 2015.
Hannah (Zimmers) Cline grew up in Eureka, Kansas, with her parents, Jeff and Kristy Zimmers. She has two brothers, Justin and Cooper Zimmers, and graduated from Eureka Jr./Sr. High School in 2017.
After high school, Tyrel attended Northwestern Oklahoma State University for his freshman year, where he competed on the rodeo team. He later transferred to Southwestern Oklahoma State University and continued competing on their college rodeo team until 2018. At that point, Tyrel returned home to help on the family ranch.
Hannah attended Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College, where she also competed on the rodeo team, before transferring to Northwestern Oklahoma State University for her sophomore year. She continued to participate in the NWOSU rodeo team.
Tyrel later pro rodeoed in steer wrestling, traveling across the United States. In 2019, he met Hannah through a mutual rodeo friend, and they married on October 8, 2022.
God has blessed Tyrel and Hannah with a life they never thought possible. In 2023, they welcomed a young man named Koben into their family. When Tyrel is not competing in rodeos, you can find him helping out on the Cline family ranch. He has a heart of gold and enjoys teaching young men how to bulldog and rope at a competitive level. When asked about his hobbies, Tyrel responded, “Hobbies are for people who don’t get to do what they enjoy every day.” He feels blessed to pursue his passions while providing for his family.
Tyrel enjoys caring for his cattle and horses, roping, and competing alongside his family. His favorite activities are spending time with his wife and son and catching wild cattle. Hannah loves working with Tyrel and their son, Koben, every day. The family owns cattle, horses, dogs, chickens, a few ducks, and a couple of goats. Additionally, Tyrel and Hannah raise and train border collies to help catch cattle for clients.
Without hesitation, Tyrel and Hannah agree that one of their favorite things is watching Koben grow into the wonderful young man he is becoming, as well as competing in the Oklahoma High School Rodeos. This fall marks Koben’s third year of membership in the association, and it has brought a lot of fun and nostalgia for the entire family.
In July, Hannah attended Equine Dentistry School of Texas in Canyon, Texas, where she completed her first set of 80 required hours to become an equine dentist. She plans to continue her education at the school and aims to earn her certification through the state of Texas by January 2026.
Faith and family are important values in the Cline household. Tyrel and Hannah work hard to better themselves and are always willing to help others, showing their kind-hearted nature daily. AAH,Shelley Muzny
