The Hennessey Eagles golf team wrapped up their journey at the state tournament today, completing the final 18 holes of a total of 54. They finished the tournament as the 11th best team in Class 3A this year, despite a challenging experience at the state level.
Taylor Ladwig shot a total score of 250 over the three rounds, Kevin Trillo scored 276, and Daren Lara finished with a score of 261. This trio of upperclassmen, along with the entire team, coaches, and parents, would like to extend their heartfelt thanks to the Hennessey community for their tremendous support throughout the season.
The generous donations from the community provided shirts, hats, golf balls (which were greatly needed), food, and various other items that helped the team perform at their best. Thank you!
