Daphne Marshall, born and raised in the thriving town of Marshall, OK (population: small but mighty), grew up embracing the farm life with her parents and her brother, Derek. After a brief time at Oklahoma State University, she decided to take flight, literally, and enrolled in airline school. There, she mastered the art of travel planning, airline attending, and group planning, basically becoming the human version of Expedia before Expedia even existed.
For over a decade, Daphne wrangled large conferences, chartered planes, and orchestrated dream vacations from Dallas to Jamaica, ensuring countless people got their much-needed escape (and maybe a tan in the process). Eventually, she found her groove as a meeting planner, coordinating events that packed hundreds, sometimes thousands, of attendees.
But let’s talk real estate because Daphne always had an eye for a good property. Over the last 35 years, she’s been buying, selling, and flipping homes like it’s her side hustle (which, spoiler alert, it now is). Recently, she made it official and earned her real estate license, just in time for those interest rates to start behaving themselves again. Now, whether you’re looking to list, buy, or just daydream about your perfect home, Daphne’s here to make it happen.
She’s found her perfect home at Cobblestone Realty Partners in Enid, where hands-on training and stellar service make all the difference. Daphne stated that it’s meeting different people, hearing what is bringing them to the area, or hearing their story on how they got where they are today – everyone has a story and my part will play a small one in their creating memories in a home, office or land that they always dreamed of having”
When she’s not out showing houses or making deals, you can find her back on the farm, tending to her garden, hanging out with her donkeys (because they’re excellent listeners), or cruising through the countryside, taking in the scenery of the place she’ll always call home.
Need a real estate pro with a knack for finding “the one” (she’s a matchmaker for the perfect home, not a soulmate; you’re on your own there)? Give Daphne a call! Personal: 405-853-6929 | Office: 580-297-9901
