Hennessey United expressed gratitude to Enel North America for their generous donation supporting this yearโs HHS Leadership class. This contribution, along with several local supplements, enabled students to visit significant sites such as the OKC National Memorial & Museum, the state capital, and the Oklahoma History Museum, complete with lunches for each trip. The funds also allowed for the purchase of HHS shirts for every student, gifts for ten Reserve Angels, and a selection of candy treats distributed weekly. In addition, the program will provide a few scholarships.
Students received valuable information regarding school, city, county, and state government, along with lessons on income tax, W-2s, and 1099s. Appreciation was also expressed for the support of Mrs. Parrish and Mr. Faulkner in integrating this initiative into the curriculum.
