For Casey Jackson, owner of Jacksons of Kingfisher Chevrolet GMC, the dealership represents far more than a business; itโs the continuation of a family legacy built on perseverance, faith, and strong Oklahoma roots. Casey was born in Kingfisher and raised in a hardworking household where entrepreneurship started early. His parents, Bruce and Linda Jackson, ran a small newspaper, the County Chronicle, where the entire family pitched in to keep it alive. When the paper was eventually sold, it opened the door to Bruceโs unexpected entry into the automotive world.
Encouraged by the late Mike Johnson, Bruce discovered a natural talent for connecting with people and selling cars. After managing dealerships in Chickasha and Enid, he purchased Johnsonโs of Enid in 1996, a milestone made possible when the family sold a cherished cotton farm. That sacrifice marked the true beginning of the Jackson dealership legacy.
Caseyโs own path was unconventional. After graduating from Enid High and Oklahoma State University, he pursued theater and even moved to Los Angeles to act. But family drew him home, where he returned to work across nearly every role in the dealership, from technician to service manager, gaining a deep understanding of the business.
In 2018, the family expanded by purchasing the Kingfisher dealership from the Dabrinski family. Under Caseyโs leadership, Jacksons of Kingfisher has grown into a regional force, especially in fleet sales. The dealership now ships hundreds of specialized vans nationwide, thanks to strategic partnerships, a strong team, and a commitment to service.
Through industry challenges and shifting markets, Casey remains grateful for the people and community that shaped his journey. To him, the business is a blessing and one he aims to pass forward with integrity and heart.
