The Dover Volunteer Fire Department sure knows how to draw a crowd—and feed them!
A big turnout filled the fire station on Saturday evening, October 25, for the department’s annual benefit dinner, where the unmistakable scent of smoked hog and sizzling burgers greeted guests long before they reached the serving line.
Tables were packed with locals and visitors alike, all there to show their support, swap stories, and share a few laughs over plates piled high with good food and all the fixings.
It was small-town community spirit at its best — good eats, good company, and a great cause. Photos by AAN’s Jack Quirk.
