Hennessey, OK — May 27, 2025 A dump truck struck a power line and caught fire late this afternoon at the intersection of E670 and N2860 Road, southwest of Hennessey. The incident occurred around 5:15 p.m. Emergency crews from Dover and Hennessey Fire Departments responded and were able to bring the fire under control quickly. A deputy from the Kingfisher County Sheriff’s Department was on the scene to assist with traffic control while fire crews worked to extinguish the blaze. No injuries have been reported at this time.
