Graveside services for Kelly Allen Choate, 63 will be at 10:00 AM Wednesday April 16, 2025 at Hennessey Cemetery Pavilion officiated by Rev. Sandy Shepherd. Arrangements are by Cordry-Gritz Funeral Home.
Kelly was born in Okeene on October 20, 1961 to Max and Wanda Thompson Choate and died Sunday April 13, 2025 at Mercy Hospital in Oklahoma City.
He is survived by his mother Wanda Choate of Hennessey; three brothers Kevin Choate and wife Karen of Enid, Kenny Choate of Helena, Kyle Choate and wife Shannon of Hennessey; one sister Kyla Norman and husband Mark of Enid.
Kelly was preceded in death by his father Max Choate.
Memorial donations may be made in his name to the Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation with the funeral home serving as custodian of the fund.
