The Hennessey 5th & 6th grade Quiz Bowl team competed at Regionals on January 22nd, hosted at the Hennessey Middle School. Hennessey was one of four teams competing for the championship (Waukomis, Hillsdale, and Pioneer Pleasant Vale). Hennessey won all their matchups and are the 2024-2025 Regional Champions. The Hennessey 5th & 6th grade Quiz Bowl white team competed at Pioneer Pleasant Vale January 23rd .The White Team placed 5th out of 6 teams competing. Both 5th & 6th grade Quiz Bowl teams ( blue and white teams) will compete in the Firebird tournament (time and place to be determined). The White team consists of the following students, left to right. Mario Marquez, Benny Lechtenberg, Elliot Matthews, Tatum Humphries, Osiel Roman, Kaylee Hladik and Truett Humphries.
